The interior panel layout creates multiple holding and sorting areas, allowing handlers to separate cattle and control movement through the system. From the working pen, cattle move into the crowding tub, through the single-file alley, and into the squeeze chute for routine processing, treatment, and livestock management.
Twelve walk-through gates provide convenient handler access throughout the working pen. The open-rail design maintains visibility, while our strongest galvanized PBT Series panels provide extreme-duty construction for demanding cattle-handling operations.

Multiple Holding and Sorting Areas
The 40' x 60' footprint is divided into multiple sections for gathering, holding, and sorting cattle. Gates between the sections allow handlers to separate groups and direct cattle toward the crowding tub and working alley.
180° Open Crowding Tub and Alley
The open crowding tub uses a locking sweep gate to guide cattle toward the alley entrance. Two 10' open alley panels create a fixed-width, single-file path between the crowding tub and squeeze chute. Open rails provide visibility and handler access throughout the tub and alley.
Top Hand Self-Catch Squeeze Chute
The Top Hand Squeeze Chute features a self-catch headgate that opens fully inward and outward. Split upper and lower access doors on both sides provide access to the animal, while dual emergency access helps handlers respond when needed.

One 6' and eleven 10' walk-through gates provide convenient handler access throughout the working pen. The built-in personnel openings allow handlers to move between sections without climbing over the panels while maintaining full-width cattle gates where needed.
